I attempted tohave a go at learning guitar this morning……..with:

 This – The KISS guide to Learning Guitar. A book I found in the attic.

KISS stands for "Keep It Simple Stupid"  It would have been great if the did.

I also used this – a guitar. Except my one was crap. I think. Or maybe it was me…..

 

However…..I did make some progress. Did you know that the thing that holds the strings is called the fingerboard? Well, it is.

I managed to play a couple of chords too.

I Recently got a hold of both Libertines albums……both of which rock. Oh so much. And The Babyshambles album. Pete sounds dead in it, but he ain't too bad.

Anyone hear about the Chilli Peppers ripping off Tom Petty with Dani California? Either….The Chilli Peppers are retardedly stupid, or else they got permission….or something. Most probably the first. However, I'm keeping an open mind.
